We use your information to provide and improve our services, personalise your experience (watchlists, portfolio tracking, AI recommendations), send transactional and marketing communications (which you can opt out of at any time), and comply with legal obligations.

3. Broker Data & Portfolio Import

When you connect a broker account, we access only your holdings and transaction data through secure, read-only APIs. We never store your broker login credentials. You can disconnect a broker at any time from account settings, which immediately revokes our access.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (payment processors, cloud hosting, analytics), all bound by confidentiality obligations, and when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We conduct regular security audits and maintain SOC 2-aligned practices for handling financial data.

6. Your Rights
