By accessing or using Workova Stocks ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Not Investment Advice

Workova Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor or research analyst. All content on the Platform — including AI scores, intrinsic value estimates, technical indicators, and screener results — is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

3. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we source data from third-party providers and cannot guarantee it is error-free, complete, or current at all times. Investments in securities are subject to market risk; past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans (Pro, Elite) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis per our refund policy.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute Platform data without written permission; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or proprietary scoring methodology.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workova Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any information provided.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
